A long-standing specialist in the naval sector, ATEC works on all types of vessels: luxury yachts, military vessels, merchant ships, etc. Our rigour, 24-hour responsiveness and constant presence in the field have earned us the lasting trust of many customers. Some have been loyal to us since the company was founded – proof of the reliability that is our strength.

Building on this naval expertise, we have naturally expanded our activities into industry. As regulatory requirements, safety imperatives and technical constraints are similar, we have successfully adapted our skills to industrial environments (agri-food, petrochemicals, energy, etc.).

A strategic location and resources to match

For over 30 years, ATEC has occupied 1,100 m² of premises in the heart of the port of Marseille – a rare and valuable location. This space includes our workshops, our material stocks, our offices, and an 8-tonne overhead crane for handling heavy and bulky parts.

Thanks to our large stock of materials and our privileged relationships with our European suppliers, we guarantee high responsiveness, even on the most urgent projects.

Our technical teams are made up of certified boilermakers, pipe fitters and welders (steel, stainless steel, aluminium – TIG, MIG, MAG processes, etc.) and experienced site managers who ensure smooth, precise and rigorous monitoring. Please visit our certifications page for more details.

ATEC is above all a story of passion: that of Bernard Toscano for metalwork, precision craftsmanship and a job well done. Founded in 1988, the company was born from a simple but ambitious vision: to create a workshop capable of meeting the most demanding technical challenges, with attention to detail and pride in the craft as its legacy.
Based in the port of Marseille since 1992, ATEC initially developed locally, forging strong links with industrial players in the region. Gradually, thanks to the rigour of its teams and their love of the trade, the company expanded its expertise throughout the French Riviera and the major industrial centres of southern France.

Today, ATEC remains an independent organisation, deeply committed to its values: stability, high standards of quality, and dedication at every stage. A passionate team, united by a taste for a job well done, at the service of your most ambitious projects.
