Certifications
With the marine qualifications imposed by the shipyards and the IACS certification classes, ATEC has a large panel of QMOS and welders qualified to ISO 15614/9606 and Marine NR 216/476.
In the field of boiler making :
Some of the most common:
- 136 (semi-automatic cored wire) steel
- 131 (semi-automatic solid wire) aluminium
For repairing hulls and structures and making new integrated components (superstructure, hull extension)
- 111 (coated electrode) steel
For all areas where installation is complicated, outdoors, in high winds or on sites with inadequate power supply and/or difficult access.
To the rarest :
- 136 (semi-automatic cored wire) stainless steel (homogeneous), and stainless steel on steel (heterogeneous), for fairleads, fairleads, certain chain fittings or certain critical areas to counter the development of corrosion in a saline environment.
In the field of piping :
ATEC is qualified in the field of industry in accordance with ISO 15614 and for piping networks with process 141 T. I. G. tube, on the following materials:
- Black steel
- Stainless steel
- Cupro nickel
Covering 95% of the networks found on ships, but also in the pharmaceutical, hydraulic, petrochemical and nuclear sectors.
